We car travel with a cooking kit. In it is an induction hot plate, a 2.5 litre pot (with a straining lid), a frying pan, BPA free containers, cutting knife, flipper, flexible cutting board, spices and some cutlery. Everything fits into a collapsible zippered bag. This way we only have to expose ourselves to one grocery store visit per week instead of multiple restaurants per day. And it is a heck of a lot easier with my vegan diet.

Such a great list of recommendations! We haven’t travelled anywhere during COVID yet, if we do we will definitely keep these tips in mind 😊
Thanks so much, Lauren & Lottie! I hope that the COVID situation improves quickly and you are able to travel soon 🙂
Thank you so much, Lauren & Lottie. Hopefully you are safe for this holiday season.
Everyone should wear a mask. It should be 100% compliance. They can complain all they want about the infringement on their freedom off the plane
So so true! It is now clear how the virus is transmitted – and it is through droplets in the air which hang around for hours! Therefore if everyone wore masks we could get rid of the majority of this virus. Such a small thing to do to gain all of our freedoms back – especially the travel one 🙂 Thank you for chiming in and being good citizens!
Great advice!! Wearing a mask while out and about and constantly washing one’s hands will go a long way. Thanks for sharing this post.
Thanks, Nosh! The virus is just exploding all over the world unfortunately. We hope more people wear masks, socially distance, and wash their hands more often. Data shows that we are letting our guard down in small gatherings at home, where the masks come off and the virus spreads. Stay safe!
